You are backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee, valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. The refund process depends on the condition of the hearing aids:
1. FULL REFUND (UNOPENED DEVICES)
If the device is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping deductions).
2. TRIAL RETURN (OPENED OR USED DEVICES)
If the device has been opened and tried during the 60-day trial period, you may return it for a refund, but strict conditions and fees apply due to health and restocking requirements. Alternatively, we may offer a fast, final resolution where you keep the device.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes and cancellations are accepted up until 5:59 PM EST on the same day the order was placed.

After 5:59 PM EST or if the order has been dispatched, we are no longer able to change or cancel your order. The applicable return policy (Unopened or Trial) will then apply.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST
With us being a small, family-run business that strives to offer premium hearing aids at affordable prices, customers are required to cover all costs associated with returning their original order to receive a refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
DEDUCTION: The cost of the return shipping label (RMA) provided by us will be deducted from your final refund amount.
RETURN PROCESS
A. STANDARD RETURN (UNOPENED DEVICE)
Contact Us: Email us at support@tryacuhear.co to begin the process.
Receive RMA: We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return address.
Shipping & Documentation:
Write both your Order Number and RMA Number clearly on the outside of the return box/envelope. DO NOT write on the original hearing aid packaging.
To verify your return, you must take a photo of the return box with the shipping label, tracking number, order number, and RMA number clearly visible. Email this photo to us at support@tryacuhear.co Without this verification photo, your refund request will be denied.
Refund: After verifying your photo, we will issue your refund immediately.
B. TRIAL RETURN (OPENED/USED DEVICE)
This process is for opened devices within the 60-day trial period.
Once the device is received, it can take up to 30 business days for our warehouse to process the item and for the refund to be issued.
You are liable for the return shipping cost and must follow the same RMA and photo documentation steps as above.
RESTOCKING FEES & PARTIAL REFUNDS
DEDUCTIONS FOR TRIAL RETURNS
A $20 restocking fee will be charged on all 60-Day Trial Returns of opened/used devices.
DEDUCTIONS FOR COMPONENT ISSUES
A restocking fee of $50 - $100 (depending on the model ordered) will be charged in the following cases:
Accessories (chargers, cases, etc.) are missing from the returned order.
Returns that result from customer errors such as inputting incorrect address details, uncollected orders, and missed or refused deliveries.
WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS
1 YEAR WARRANTY
For the first year (365 days) after your order arrives, you're protected by our 1 Year Warranty. If your hearing aids break, malfunction, or have any other issues, we'll issue up to one replacement—entirely free. After the first free replacement, further replacements will incur a fee of $50 to $100 to partially cover our costs.
LIFETIME WARRANTY & LOSS INSURANCE
This optional service is available for $19.95. If your hearing aids break, malfunction, or are lost, you receive up to one replacement—entirely free. After the first free replacement, further replacements will incur a fee of $50 to $100.
